This jacket was owned by Lt. Col. (later Brig. Gen.) Robert W. Waltz, of the 390th Bomb Group. Each bomb represents a mission flown and each swastika is an enemy aircraft shot down. The flour sack and POW symbols are for resupply and evacuation missions at the end of WWII.
